Yo-Do Software Corp, dba Yo-Do (“Yo-Do,” “we,”or “us”) respects the privacy of everyone that use our app, website, andvarious related services. This privacypolicy is designed to inform you about the type of information that we gatherabout you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone,and the choices you have regarding our use of that information. You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy ispart of our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the samemeaning as those defined in the Terms. BY ACCESSING AND USING OURSERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH INTHIS PRIVACY POLICY.
We may amend, at our discretion, any portion of this PrivacyPolicy at any time by posting the amended Privacy Policy on our website. You will be deemed to have accepted suchamendments by continuing to use our Services. Except as otherwise stated, any such amendments will be automaticallyeffective 30 calendar days after they are initially updated.
1. What information do we collect from you?
We collect the following data:
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers toinformation that let us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage incertain activities while using our Services, such as registering a useraccount, viewing videos, submitting User Content or otherwise utilizingServices, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. It is completely optional for you to engagein these activities. If you elect toengage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personalinformation. Such information mayinclude but not limited to your first and last name (real name), username(alias), mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card orother online identifiers.

3. Do we use cookies or other tracking technologies?
We use cookies and similar technologies to facilitate and customize your use ofour Services. A cookie is a small data file, which we store on your computer ormobile device that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. We may usecookies and similar technologies, among other things, to:

(b) allow our Services to interact with a third-party social network orplatform (where you have chosen to allow such interaction);

4. With whom do we share your information?
Generally: We do provide some of our Services throughcontractual arrangement with affiliates, services providers, and otherthird-parties (collectively, “Service Providers”).
We will share your personal information with our Service Providers for allpurposes described in Section entitled “How do we use the informationcollected?” and as reasonably necessary in order to provide the Services to youor to carry out your instruction (for example, to process a paymentinstruction). Social Features: When you use the social features of our Services, weshare information about you, including your name, user ID, social mediaprofile, picture, and any other information that you submit or post using suchsocial features. For example, other users may see your name, pictureand profile information. In addition, information or message thatyou submit or post through message boards, forums and/or chat areas will bepublished on our website and/or third-party social media network that you signon.
Third-party social media features and tools integrated into our Services (suchas Facebook “Like” button or “Share” button) are hosted by a third-party, whomay also collect information when you use our Services. These third-party features and tools aresubject to the privacy policy of the third-party that provides it.
Business Transfer: In a business transaction, such as a merger,acquisition, dissolution (including bankruptcy), change of control, or a saleof all or a portion of our assets, customer information, including personallyidentifiable information, generally is one of the transferred business assets.In the event that The Inside Voice undergoes such transactions, includingpreparation of any of such transactions, we may share, disclose or transfer allof your information, including personal information, to the successor. Any third-party to which we transfer or sellour assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and otherinformation that you provide to us in the manner set out in this PrivacyPolicy. We will not sell or rent yourinformation to any third-party outside of these circumstances.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: Occasionally we may be required bylaw to disclose personally identifiable information. For example, we disclose such informationupon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcementinvestigation. We fully cooperate withlaw enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our Services for illegalactivities. We reserve the right toreport to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believeto be unlawful.
5. How do we keep your information secure?
The security of your personal information is important to us. We maintainappropriate technical and physical safeguards to protect your personalinformation against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. We take commerciallyreasonable security measures to protect your personal information, includingencryption of sensitive information (such as payment information) using secureencryption algorithm and application of firewalls and IDS (intrusiondetection system).
Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard againstunauthorized disclosure or access of your information, no security measure isperfect. Thus, we cannot guarantee the security of yourinformation. You hereby agree to use our Services at your ownrisk. We do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized useor access of your information under our control.
6. Where do we hold your information?
Your personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destinationoutside of your country or jurisdiction. It may also be processed by personnel of our affiliates and third-partyservice provider who may operate outside of your country or jurisdiction. In such case, we will take reasonable stepsto require such third-party in possession of your personal information to takecommercially reasonable security measures to protect the information. On theother hand, the data and privacy protection laws of other countries may not beas comprehensive as those laws in your country of residence.
By using our Services, you consent to your personal informationbeing transferred to recipients in other countries and being stored andprocessed in the servers located in other countries.
7. How can you review, correct or delete your personallyidentifiable information?
You can request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you wouldlike a copy of some or all of your personal information, please submit yourrequest in writing to our Customer Service center or by e-mailing usat support@theinsidevoice.org
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurateand up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove your personal informationby contacting us at support@theinsidevoice.org. You may also update your account information by logging into youraccount.
You may request to delete your account by logging in to the account that youwish to delete and going to the Customer Support menu to submit yourrequest. Please note that before we process your deletion request, wewill ask you to verify your account information or log into the account youwish to delete to confirm your identity.
Please be aware that we may not be able to delete your informationin some cases. For example, we cannot correct or delete anyinformation that you have shared on any third-party social network orplatform. Likewise, any information that you have publicly sharedthrough our Services may be copied by a third-party whom we do not control, andwe may not be able to remove such information. In addition, any informationthat is saved in aggregate form or that cannot, in our sole discretion, beremoved without undue burden to us may not be deleted.
Moreover, we may not be able to delete your information if retention of yourinformation is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolvedisputes, enforce our agreements, and exercise or defend against a legalclaim. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this PrivacyPolicy regardless of whether you have terminated your account or deleted yourinformation.
Any third-party platform that you use to access the Services may also retainbackup copies of your information even after your account is deleted orterminated and may use them subject to their policies.

8. What are your choices regarding collection, use anddistribution of your information?
You have the right to ask us not to use your personal information for marketingpurposes. To change your marketing preferences, or to unsubscribe, pleasecontact our Customer Service center via e-mail us atsupport@theinsidevoice.org.
You have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browserpreferences, you can choose to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookieis set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, someparts of our Services may not work properly.
You can also make changes to what data a third-party social network or platformshares with us, or stop our Services interacting with that social network orplatform by adjusting your settings with that third-party provider; however,you may not be able to enjoy some social features of our Services.
9. What should you know about privacy policies and data collectionat any third-party sites accessible from our Services?
Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document onlyaddresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Othersites accessible through our site, if any, have their own privacy policies anddata collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each site’sprivacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices ofthird-parties.
Some parts of our Services are provided by a third-party Service Providers, whomay collect and record information about your use of ourServices. Additionally, other companies that place advertisements onour website may collect information about you when you view or click on theiradvertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control the activities ofsuch third-parties and cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the privacyand security practices same or similar to ours. 10. How long do we retain your personal information?
We will retain your personal information for the purpose for which it wascollected to provide you with Services. We may retain your personal informationeven after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providingServices to you if retention of your personal information is reasonablynecessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements,resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this PrivacyPolicy or any other agreement we may have with a user.
11. Our Policy Concerning Children
As used herein, the “child” or “children” means under the age of 13, and theterm “parent” includes legal guardians.
Our Services are intended for general audience. We do not knowinglycollect, use or share any personally identifiable information about childrenwithout verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. If youare a parent and you believe your child has provided us with personalinformation, you can contact us and request your child’s information to bedeleted from our system.
Once a user indicates that he or she is under the age of 13, we will notcollect any personal information from that user except certain limitedinformation permitted by the law. For example, we may ask for thename and online contact information of a child user’s parent in order toprovide notice and obtain a parental consent. In addition, we maycollect certain information permitted by the law to support and protect thesecurity, integrity and operation of our Services.

12. Modification to This Policy
From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy to clarify our practicesor to reflect new or different privacy practices, such as when we add newfeatures. We reserve the right to modify and/or make changes to thisPrivacy Policy at any time.
If we make any material change, we will notify you via a notice onour home page or by other appropriate means of enhanced notice if we arerequired by applicable laws. Unless stated otherwise, changes to this PrivacyPolicy will become effective 30 calendar days after they are initially postedon our website. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time,so you should review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are familiarwith any change to it. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) givesresidents of the State of California, United States the right to preventbusinesses from selling their personal information to third-parties.
We may share your personal information with third-parties who help us todeliver advertisements on our website for products or services that may betailored for you. Under the CCPA, this type of sharing of information could bedeemed a “sale”.

Only the minimum required personal information of users in the EUdomain will be collected in order to provide the Services, and any otherinformation will be collected only with the consent of the user.
